Account admins and Finance users are able to access, view and download your Velox invoices.


1. Log in to your Client Dashboard in www.myvelox.com.


2. From the side-bar menu, select Invoices.


 

                             



3.  A summary is displayed listing the invoices by Invoice Number, Invoice Date and Paid status. 



                                    



4. Click on the Invoice Number link to open the invoice.

            

                                         


5. You will be able to view a pdf file of your invoice. 



                                          

                                        

                                                

  • Invoice Number - The number of the invoice that you have opened.
  • Invoice Date - The date this invoice was issued.
  • Item - The list of items and services purchased from Velox.
  • Quantity - How many per item or service that you have purchased from Velox
  • Price
  • Total Amount
  • Local Calls - The quantity is the total number of call minutes for the month and the amount is the total call cost for Local Calls.
  • International Calls - The quantity is the total number of call minutes for the month and the amount is the total call cost for International Calls.
  • Fax - Fax usage and associated costs.
  • Free Credits - Any discount amount that you are receiving from Velox



  • Important Notes:
    • Bank Account Number -  Velox bank information that can be used for payments.
    • License fees, DIDs, App licenses and other related items are charged monthly in advance.
    • Actual call costs are charged monthly in arrears. Calls made in the previous month are billed at the beginning of the following month.




  • Print Invoice - Click on this button to print a copy of your invoice.
  • Pay By Credit Card - Click on this button if you want to pay using your credit card.
  • Pay By Bank Transfer - Click on this button if you want to pay by Bank Transfer.
