We listen to our customers who report that the bank transfer or credit card processing fees sometimes cost more than the actual invoice from Velox.

Beginning 1st May 2020, Velox will only issue invoices when accumulated invoice amount is SG$50 or more.

Does this change apply to you?

  • If your typical Velox monthly invoice is $50 or more, you may ignore this notice.
  • If your typical Velox monthly invoice is less than $50, this applies to you.
  • Check your CDRs for the month. If your total call costs are less than $50 and you pay your Velox licenses annually, this applies to you.

Yes, this applies to us. What does this mean?

  • This means that you may not receive a Velox invoice every month.
  • We will accumulate small invoice amounts until the accumulated amount is $50 or greater before we issue an invoice.
  • The invoice format will not change. You will still see the subscription charges and call usage charges grouped per month.

Will my call usage expenses still be reported monthly?

  • Yes, when the invoice is generated, call charges will still be grouped by month.

We also have small amount invoices in the past that we have not yet paid. Will they be included in the consolidated invoice?

  • No, all invoices issued prior to 1st May 2020 need to be settled as is. This change only applies for 1st May 2020 invoices and moving forward.

If you have clarifications, or are unsure this applies to you or may require a monthly invoice regardless of amount, please reach out to me or email to support@myvelox.com
