To use Velox with your ZOHO CRM:



A. Install Velox on your ZOHO CRM


    1. Log in to your ZOHO account.


    2. Go to the Setup page by clicking on the Gear icon on the top menu bar. 



    3. On the Setup page, click Telephony under Channels.



    4. On the Telephony Marketing page, search for Velox Networks and click Install.


    5. Once installed, Velox Networks will appear as an Installed app on your ZOHO Telephony Marketplace.



B. Enable ZOHO from your Velox Client Dashboard


    1. Log in to your Velox Dashboard using your Velox Admin credentials.


    2. Click on the System Setup arrow to open the sub-menu. 


    3. Scroll down to CRM and click to open the CRM Setup page. 



        4. On the CRM Setup page, click on the Connect button.


        5. Follow the succeeding instructions to validate your ZOHO account and accept Terms of Agreement. 


        6. Once completed, the status should be Enabled.



        7. CONGRATULATIONS! Your Zoho account is now connected to your Velox phone system.



C. Link your Velox and ZOHO Users


    1. Click on the Users page on your Velox Dashboard. 


    2. Select the User whom you would like to link as a ZOHO user. Click on the Edit button.



    3. On the Edit window, click on the CRM tab.



    4. Click on the CRM dropdown and select the CRM account / ZOHO User id. Click Save to complete the setup.




    5. CONGRATULATIONS! This Velox user is now linked to ZOHO.



D. Using Velox with ZOHO CRM


    Users may now use their Velox softphone with your ZOHO CRM. 


    Before getting started, please ensure your Users enable/allow pop-ups on their browser. 




    Depending on your browser, a pop-up will appear when making calls from ZOHO CRM. 




    Click on the Velox Phone. This will bring the Velox app to the foreground and will auto-dial.
