Blind transfer is when you transfer the caller or callee to another agent without speaking to the agent first. Using this option, the agent you select for transferring the call will hear their phone ring and can accept or reject the transfer.

When engaged in a call On your GXP1760W device .

1. Press the Transfer button (Button with 2 phones icon),

2. You will hear the Dial Tone in your Headset, then Dial the extension number you want to transfer the call onto.

3. Press the softkey button with the BlindTmf label.
