The Velox Prime app supports conference call.
1.) Dial the direct DID or extension number of the person you want to include on your conference
call.
2.) Once Caller 1 answered the line, click the "Add Button" to add another call.
3.) The action will redirect you to the Dial Pad to input the direct DID or extension number of Caller 2, then click the Blue Call Button to proceed.
4.) Once the call is established, click on the Green Conference Icon to merge calls.
5.) You will be able to see if it's successful if you see the prompt "Conference Call (2)" on your screen, you can now start the conference call with the other users.
6.) To end the call, just press the end call button (red phone icon).
