The Velox Prime app supports iOS.
- Search for Velox Prime on the Appstore, click on Install, once done, click Open.
2. Once the App launches, make sure you allow Velox Access to all the Settings that is required for the App to work.
3. Key in your username which is your 4-digit extension number @ your domain, the credentials will be provided to you by your Velox Administrator as well as the password. Click Sign In to enter the App.
4. Login to enter the App, the password is system generated by Velox so once you’re logged in, proceed to Settings, turn on or enable Auto Login and Use Face ID to automatically login next time you open the App, and you are all set!!!
