1. Kindly dial the extension number or DID of the person you wish to communicate with.
2. Once the call is established, your Action buttons will appear.
3. Once you are ready to initiate the call transfer, please click on the Transfer Button shown in the image below.
4. Call transfer option will pop-up, and you can choose from the actions shown in the image below which are DialPad, Choose From Directory and Cancel.
5. By clicking Directory, it will route you to contacts within your Directory.
6. If you want to transfer the call to another extension or DID, click DialPad and key in the extension number or DID.
7. Click the green arrow button to transfer the call shown in the image below.
