If you encounter this error when you are installing Velox Prime Desktop/MAC, kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:


1.) Kindly make sure your current Velox Prime application is logged out and closed.

2.) Restart your computer/laptop.

3.) Try installing again the latest version of Velox Prime application that you can access in myvelox.com/downloads. (Windows/MAC)

4.) Kindly make sure that there is no running Velox Prime application when installing the latest version.


Note: There are some cases where you should use a Google search engine when installing the Velox prime desktop.
