To make sure ALL the Velox Prime Permissions are allowed in your iOS Device, you may follow the steps below.


1. Go To iPhone Settings. 



2. Scroll down to Velox Connect.



3. Make Sure ALL Permissions such as Contacts, Local Network, Microphone, Notifications , Background App Refresh , Wireless Data are enabled.


Settings > Velox Connect > 


Settings > Velox Connect > Notifications


Settings > Velox Connect > Wireless Data
