To make sure ALL the Velox Prime Permissions are allowed in your Android, you may follow the steps below.
Hold the Velox Prime app icon > Go to app info > Allow Notifications and Permissions.
Also on samsung, Go to the settings of your device > Search for "appear on top" > Navigate Velox Prime > Enable
On Xiaomi and Redmi mobile, You may just allow the display over other apps.
