Over-The-Air (OTA) or Auto-Upgrade feature allows for the Velox applications to receive latest versions or patches. When a new version of the App is received, the user is prompted to update, install and restart the app with a click of a button. There is no need for manual uninstallation, download or reinstallation of the app.
Starting on Velox Prime desktop version 1.0.27 and Velox Call Center app version 2.1.38, the Over-The-Air update feature is available and enabled. This allows Velox users to seamlessly update their applications automatically whenever a new version is released.

Over-The-Air update will prompt once the user logs to their Velox Prime Desktop or the Velox Call center app.
