New feature for Velox Prime applications is to have a click to dial or handle 'TEL' : protocol,
This means when you click on a 'TEL' link, the 'TEL': protocol will pass the number to the app to initiate a call immediately.
In example, the 'TEL' link for our Velox Networks website looks like the image below:
1. Clicking on tel: link on any website and browser, will direct you to a one time prompt to choose Velox Call centre or Velox Prime as a default app for 'TEL' links.
2. Tick the check box and Open Velox Prime/Velox Call Centre
3. The application chosen will pop up and immediately dial the clicked 'TEL' link.
Alternatively, you may also choose Velox prime apps as default by 'TEL' protocol by the steps below:
- Settings > Apps > Default Apps.
- Select Choose default apps by protocol.
- Under TEL URL:tel, choose a default and click on Velox Prime apps.
