C. Hard-coded into the Intercom button (needs our assistance per phone)

The Intercom button can be configured as a single-function key.

It can only be set up as either intercom to a specific extension or intercom to a specific group. There is no flexibility to this option. The best use cases for using the intercom button hard-coded is for director/manager to secretary, or receptionist to guardhouse, etc.

For now, Intercom button can be set-up through the WebUI of Grandstream GXP1610 phones. for further assistance, email us at support@myvelox.com.

NOTE: All intercom call recipients are automatically set as "on mute" by default. If you wish to speak or respond to the caller, please unmute yourself by pressing the Mute/Unmute button.
