To use Velox with your HUBSPOT CRM:



A. Log in to your Hubspot account 


B. Enable HUBSPOT from your Velox Client Dashboard


    1. Log in to your Velox Dashboard using your Velox Admin credentials.


    2. Click on the System Setup arrow to open the sub-menu. 


    3. Scroll down to CRM and click to open the CRM Setup page. 



        4. On the CRM Setup page, click on the Hubspot Connect button.


        5. A Choose account prompt will display and choose your desired account.


        6. Once completed, the status should be Enabled.



        7. CONGRATULATIONS! Your Hubspot account is now connected to your Velox phone system.



C. Link your Velox and Hubspot Users


    1. Click on the Users page on your Velox Dashboard. 


    2. Select the User whom you would like to link as a Hubspot user. Click on the Edit button.



    3. On the Edit window, click on the CRM tab.



    4. Click on the CRM dropdown and select the CRM account / hubspot User id. Click Save to complete the setup.




    5. CONGRATULATIONS! This Velox user is now linked to Hubspot.



D. In HUBSPOT account


1. To view the tickets, Go to your HUBSPOT account
2. Navigate to CRM
3. Click Tickets or Contacts

 3A. On CONTACTS
New contacts will auto create, calls made/receive can also be viewed on ACTIVITY and CALLS tab with the following details:
i. ACTIVITY - In here you can view the details below and the call ID.

ii. CALLS - In here you can make a call, all and it will prompt the Velox apps. User may also click on recording to download.

 3B. On TICKETS
Outgoing and Incoming calls should now auto create tickets in your Hubspot account.
