
Velox’s integration with Pipedrive enables you to:
- Track activities and keep a real-time record of interactions.
- Update company profiles to ensure data remains accurate and up to date.
- Manage contacts efficiently, including adding, editing, and organizing customer information.
To integrate Velox with Pipedrive, ensure that your CRM or Pipedrive credentials are ready to use for login.
1. Login to Pipedrive using this link: https://app.pipedrive.com/auth/login

2. In the Velox dashboard, go to system setup > CRM and click the “connect” button for Pipedrive

3. Fill out the Client ID, Client Secret, and Domain Setting to connect.
4. To locate the mentioned credentials, navigate to this link:https://velox2.pipedrive.com/developer-hub/ (make sure that you are logged in to Pipedrive.)
5. In the link, click on the app that you wish to connect. In this case, click the "Velox Cloud PBX with Pipedrive".
6. Go to Oauth & access scopes, under the App Settings.

7. On the bottom part of the page, you will see the Client ID & Client Secret. Go back to the Velox dashboard and paste it in the designated field. 
8. In the Domain Setting field, paste this URL as shown in the screenshot: https://velox2.pipedrive.com/, and then click "Continue Connect".

NOTE (important!): You will need to complete the connection process twice. This means you must enter the credentials in the input field two separate times.
9. To confirm a successful integration, check the Pipedrive section and verify that the integration status matches what is shown in the screenshot:
