The CALL_ID is a unique alphanumeric sequence that identifies a specific call within the Velox and interconnecting telephony systems.


When reporting call termination or call quality issues, it is best to provide the specific CALL_ID for faster and most effective troubleshooting.



1. To retrieve the CALL_ID, log in to your Velox Client Dashboard (www.myvelox.com) and select “Call Detail Reports” from the side bar.


                                        


                               


2. Identify the specific problematic call by using the CDR Real-Time Search criteria. Or type in a key word on the Search field. The key word can be the user name, phone extension, the caller or dialled number or the caller/receiver name.


           


   


3. Once you have identified the specific call, scroll to the far right of the screen under the column marked “Extra Info”. 


4. Click on the icon to obtain the “Detailed Call Information”. 


                                       


        5. Copy the Call ID and send this to support@myvelox.com together with a description of the issue you are encountering.
