Welcome to your Velox Dashboard! 




These are the main parts of your Velox Dashboard.



1. Side Menu - This area contains the list of menu items to manage your Velox installation. Use the Help link to access Velox knowledge-base articles, how-to documents and other references materials.



2. Client Area - This area gives you a quick dashboard overview of your call usage and call costs         for the current month. 


    The Client Area has 3 sections. 


    2.1 Account Overview - This sections shows quick stats for your account for the month.


  • Total Cost - Your running call costs for the current month. This information is updated real-time and is reset every midnight of the 1st of the month. 


  • Credit Remaining - This is a theoretical credit limit (SG$5 x Number of Licenses) designed to protect your Velox installation from malicious attacks or fraudulent usage. When there is a sudden spike in usage that may be suspected of malicious activity, alerts are triggered within the Velox system to protect our customers from excessive call charges. The limits are adjusted based on actual usage after a few months with or as requested by the client.


  • Local Calls - The number of outbound local / domestic calls made for the current month. 


  • International Calls - The number of international calls for the current month. 


  • Inbound Calls - The number of calls received for the current month.
  • Forwarded Calls - The number of calls that were forwarded for the current month. 


 2.2 Velox Updates - This sections shows the latest updates and offerings from Velox. 


 2.3 Call Usage and Call Cost Charts - This sections shows the account's Call Usage and Call       Costs for the last 30 days. The views can be changed to Daily or Weekly. The charts can also be filtered by Call Type, Extension, Cost Center or Date Range as needed.


The Call Usage shows the number of Incoming Calls, Local,  International and Missed Calls.


New Feature! The Call Usage and Call Cost Charts are now downloadable. Clicking the PDF button downloads the chart. While clicking on the CSV or Excel button downloads the data in tabular form.

3. Quick Actions - This section gives your action buttons for Edit Password and Logout. The System Status tells you in a quick glance if the Velox system is online with no known service issues or downtime (green light) or is experiencing service issues (yellow or red warning).
