The Forgot Password? feature allows Velox Dashboard users to reset their password.
1. Log-in to www.myvelox.com. Click on Client Dashboard on the top-right corner of the page.
2. Click on Forgot Password.
3. Type in your email address. This should be the email address that was used to create your Velox Dashboard user account. Click Submit.
4. Your new password will be sent your email address.
