Two-Factor Authentication 

Two-factor authentication  (2FA), sometimes referred to as  two-step verification or dual  factor authentication,  is  a security process in which the user provides  two different authentication factors to verify themselves to better protect both the user's credentials and the resources the user can access.

How to Enable 2FA Authentication on Velox Dashboard

1. Log-in with Admin account into the Client Dashboard.  (www.myvelox.com)

2. On the side menu bar, click on Account Settings.

3. Click on the toggle to enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication.

4. Click on OK to confirm.

5. When Two-Factor Authentication has been enabled, you will be required to enter an Authentication Code after you log-into your Velox Client Dashboard with your User Name and Password. The Authentication Code will be sent to your registered email address (User Name). 

6. Enter the code received. Click on Verify Code. As soon as the code is verified, you will be directed to your Velox Client Dashboard.
