A Velox smartphone license can only be linked to a maximum of 2 devices, i.e. 1 PC and 1 phone or 2 phones. If there is an attempt to log into more than 2 devices, the Device Limit Reached error pops out during log-in.


You may reset the linked devices by resetting the App Password of this particular user.
