Custom Voicemail. This feature allows for a custom voicemail message to be uploaded per user. The custom voicemail message is the audio played before the caller is asked to leave a voicemail in the event that the user is engaged or unable to answer the call.


To set up custom voicemail, 


1. Before you begin, you need a recording of the custom voicemail message in .m4a format.


2. Log in to your Velox Client Dashboard (www.myvelox.com) using your Admin credentials.


3. Select “Users” from the sidebar.  


4. This opens the Users page. This is where user or seat information is managed.



5. Click on the Edit button of the user you wish to setup custom voicemail for.  



6. Click on the Custom Voicemail tab.



7. On the Custom Voicemail tab, 


    7.1. You can see some quick guides on voice recording tools. 


    7.2 The Status (i.e. Enabled or Disabled) of custom voicemail feature is also displayed. 


    7.3 Upload the recording by clicking the Choose File button and selecting the .m4a file from your computer.


    7.4 Click Enable Custom Voicemail.


    7.5 To disable custom voicemail, click on Disable Custom Voicemail.


    7.6 Wait for a few minutes for the change to propagate and do a test call to confirm the custom voicemail has been setup correctly. 


    7.7 If an audio file has been previously uploaded, you may replay the audio recording to hear what is currently uploaded in the system.
