Call Transfer is a feature that we have on the Velox Smartphone app.
Just like your IP Phone, you can also do call transfers to other extensions using your mobile phone.
1. Dial the extension number of the person you want to talk to.
2. Once you are ready to transfer the call, press the button with the 3 dots.
3. Select the "Transfer to" and dial the extension that you want to transfer the call.
4. Dial the extension number you want to transfer the call.
5. Press the green button with an arrow to successfully transfer the call to another extension.
