The System Status icon on the top right corner of your Velox Dashboard tells you in a quick glance if the Velox system is online (green check) or is experiencing issues (yellow or red warning). The Service Status page shows which part of the Velox System may be experiencing problems. It is updated regularly with the status of the problem and the estimated time of resolution.




How to get to the System Status page?



1. Login to your Velox Dashboard, click on "Client Dashboard"


2. Type in your username and password then click on "Sign In" button

 

3. Once you are logged in to your Velox Dashboard, click on "Customer Detail Reports"



4. On your right side page, click on "System Status".



5. A page will show up for the updates of our system status, if we have issues with our networks, etc.
