Assume that you are in a call and you want to include other members
1. Press Hold
2. Click the "+" button located at the middle of part of the screen.
2.) Dial the extension number of the person you wish to join the conference.
3.) Then Click the green button with a handset icon that you see on the middle.
4.) Click the merge button to merge the call and all parties could hear the call.
