If you are getting  "App not Registered" on your iOS phone but only on wi-fi connection, these are the steps to resolve:


  1. Go to iOS Settings app.  
  2. Scroll dow to the Privacy setting.
  3. Then click Local Network
  4. Allow Velox app explicit permission to access the network.
