For iOS devices, the caller id is a running text field and will not show all the character at the first glance. This incoming call notification screen is controlled by the native iPhone and can't be changed.

 



There are two options that you can try so you have the details of the person called you.

  1. You can adjust the font size in the iOS Accessibility Settings so the running text field in the caller id will show at first glance.
  2. You can check history button on the Velox app to see all calls, incoming, outgoing and missed calls. Please see sample screenshots below
