In order to facilitate and expedite troubleshooting, the User may need to send an app log from the Velox app.


To send a log from the User's device, 

1. Click the 3 horizontal lines icon show below. 




2. Press Settings.




3. Press Advanced Settings.



4. Under the Application Logging section, press the Send Log.



5. Follow the succeeding instructions in the "Sending Log" process as show below.
