LOGGING IN


  • After installation, log-in with the user credentials provided by your Velox administrator. 
  • Click on "Remember" to make future log-ins easier. However, if you are sharing your workstation, we recommend not to use this feature.

  • Once logged successfully logged in, the Call Center app main interface opens. 
  • The Call Center app main interface has 3 panels - Dialling panel, Queue panel, Active Call panel.



CHANGING YOUR STATUS


  • Your current status is shown as below.


  • To change this, click on the down arrow or dropdown as shown. 


  • Choose new status from the list and click Save to keep changes or Close without saving.



LOGGING OUT


  • To log out, click on the avatar or the blue round icon on the top left portion of the Dialling Panel to open the Account or Profile settings.



  • Click on signout
