Have you tried when you are engaged to a call and another incoming call comes in with a beeping sound?
You may disable the beeping sound of another incoming call by following the steps below.
1. On your Velox desktop app, click the Softphone then click the Preferences.
2. Under Preferences, click the Alerts & Sound.
3. Under Alerts & Sounds, click the Sounds Tab.
4. Untick the check mark button for call waiting to disable the beep sound during another incoming call when you are engaged with another caller.
