Have you experienced an issue with your Velox desktop app and were required by your Account Manager or Velox support to send a desktop app log?
Kindly follow the steps below on how to generate an app log.
1. Open and log in to your Velox desktop app.
2. Click the Help button then click the Troubleshooting.
3. After clicking Troubleshooting, another window would pop up.
4. Click Support, and select the Log Level to Debug.
5. Click the Send Log Report. put a brief description then click Send Log.
