Velox Phonebook is a central directory of contacts that has been saved company wide using the Velox Dashboard.
To save a contact to the Velox Phonebook, please access THIS help doc.
Note : Contacts saved to the Phonebook through the Dashboard may take 30 Minutes to 1 Hour to reflect to user devices because of caching.
Navigate the Phonebook using the DESKTOP SOFTPHONE APP
1. On the bottom-right corner of the app you can see the phonebook icon, clicking it will lead to the Phonebook Directory.
3. The Phonebook has a search feature to search for your contacts.
You can search for the number or the name keyword.
4. Clicking a Contact will reveal its details.
Clicking the E-mail will forward you to a chosen Email Service.
Clicking the Number will call it using the Velox Softphone App.
