Have you encountered where your Velox desktop would automatically adjust to low volume or even when the volume settings of the app and Windows volume are already set to high or full volume?

This issue in general is most likely caused by a Windows setting. You may try to follow the steps below for troubleshooting the said issue.

1. Type in Control or Control Panel on your Windows search bar and click the Control Panel.

2. Select the Sound

3. After clicking the Sound, another Window should pop up.

4. Press the Communications Tab.

5. On When Windows detects communications activity, select Do Nothing.

6. Then press the OK button.
