Accessing Velox Phonebook from the Smartphone App (Android) Print

Velox Phonebook is a central directory of contacts that has been saved company wide using the Velox Dashboard.

To save a contact to the Velox Phonebook, please access THIS help doc.

Note : Contacts saved to the Phonebook through the Dashboard may take 30 Minutes to 1 Hour to reflect to user devices because of caching.

Navigate the Phonebook using the ANDROID Softphone App

1. To Access the Phonebook , Click the Contacts Icon on the bottom-middle of the Application, then you should see the Contacts, Directory and Favorites. Click the Directory Tab to see the Phonebook.

You can also Search for a Contact.

Clicking a Contact will show its details, Same with the Desktop App, Clicking the Number will call the Contact.

Clicking the Email will forward you to the Email Service of choice.
