The Device Status Widget can help see how many extensions are online, you can switch between IP Phones and Softphone Apps and see which extensions are offline/online.
Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard you will find the Device Status Widget.
TYPES -
To see status of IP phones/Hardphones, CHANGE the Types to Phones.
To see status of Softphone Apps (Desktop/Mobile), CHANGE the Types to Apps.
OFFLINE / ONLINE COUNT -
Offline Devices are highlighted in Red while,
Online devices are highlighted in Green.
PIE CHART -
The Pie Chart shows the percentage of online and offline to the number of extensions.
The green portion is online and red portion is offline.
CHECKING WHICH EXTENSIONS ARE ONLINE/OFFLINE -
Green Portion of the Pie Chart.
Clicking the Green Portion of the Pie Chart,
will open a pop-up showing all the extensions that are online.
RED Portion of the Pie Chart.
Clicking the Red Portion of the Pie Chart,
will open a pop-up showing all the extensions that are offline.
FOR APPS -
For Types APPS, you can check which device is online (Desktop or Mobile).
Go to Types APPS.
Click on the Green Portion of the Pie Chart to show the Online Devices,
In the DEVICE Column you will see Different Icons based on the Online Device.
Monitor Icon (Green) – Desktop is Online.
Smartphone Icon (Green) – Mobile App is Online.
Monitor (Green) and Smartphone (Gray) – Desktop is Online and Smartphone is running on Background.
Monitor (Green) and Smartphone (Green) – Desktop and Smartphone is Online.
Hyphen – Not recognized.
