If you are getting "App not Registered" on your iOS phone but only on wi-fi connection, these are the steps to resolve:
1. Go to iOS Settings app. 
2. Scroll dow to the Privacy or Privacy & Security setting. 
3. Then click Local Network.
4. Allow Velox Prime app explicit permission to access the network.
