To install the Velox Prime on your MAC,
1. Click on the link provided by your Velox Administrator. Or download from www.myvelox.com/downloads.
2. Go to your Downloads folder and click on the Velox_Phone_<version>.dmg file. This will open up the installer.
3. Simply drag the Velox app icon to the Applications shortcut as shown.
4. The Velox app will be copied to your Applications folder.
5. Go to your Applications folder and click on Velox Prime to open the app.
6. For easy access in the future, right-click the Velox Prime on your Dock, choose Options > Keep in Dock.
7. You may now log-in through the credentials which you can access/retrieve through your Velox Dashboard, Users > Softphone Apps > Click the Phone Icon to view Your Softphone App Details.
