Your Velox mobile app keeps you logged in unless you log out of the app. However, if the app has been inactive for 3 days or more, the inactivity feature will log you out of the app automatically.
If you experience the app logging you out automatically with less than 3 days of inactivity, please contact Velox Support (support@myvelox.com).
