How can I auto-forward my calls to another extension or DID on Velox Prime Print

To auto-forward an incoming call from your extension to another extension or DID on Velox Prime App

Simply input *72* followed by the EXTENSION NUMBER on the app's dial pad to set temporary forwarding. This is a shortcut key to set temporary forwarding to another extension or DID.

To enable forwarding to another extension, press *72* then the extension number. Then press the Call Button.

For example to forward to a colleague's extension 2000, dial *72*2000 then click the green call button

To enable forwarding to another DID, dial *72* then the country code, area code (if applicable) and telephone number. Then press the Call Button.

For example to forward to another Singapore number, dial *72*6568175600 then click the green call button

For example to forward to an international number, dial *72*114157959959 the click the green call button

To disable the call forward, dial *73*

Important Note: Applicable call rates apply to calls forwarded to external numbers.
