Beginning v2.1.35 of the Velox Call Centre app, the app will prompt a ''No microphone detected'' error if your microphone is unplugged when receiving an incoming call.

 
It will show a prompt on both a normal call and a call coming from call queue like the images below:


 


If you encounter this prompt ''No microphone detected'', try this basic troubleshooting:

1. End call and then connect the microphone and try again,

2. Restart the application and verify if microphone is plugged in correctly.
3. Sign out and sign in again verify if microphone and audio port is not faulty.
4. Re-install the application.

5. Kindly make sure your OS is updated.
