Starting with version 2.1.46 of our Velox Call Center app, enhancements has been made to the Pop-up display feature, specifically targeting issues related to lose race conditions, dropped calls, and offline status.
Lose Race - This occurs when Agent A attempts to answer a call, but Agent B has already done so. The Pop-up display will show "The call is answered already", alerting Agent A of the situation.
Drop Call - This happens when the Agent tries to answer the call simultaneously as the Caller ends it. The Pop-up display will now show "The call is ended by the Caller", providing clear feedback to the Agent about the call's status.
Offline Status - This occurs when the network experiences sudden slow downs or interruptions, affecting the functionality of the Velox Call Center app, A display pop-up now appears, stating "Please wait for a moment. If the issue still persist, please restart the app" providing clear feedback to the agent about the App's Status.
