In the most recent update of Velox Call Centre app v2.1.46, an enhancement for conference call feature has been made, There is an additional button transfer and it's function is to let the initiator (Person B) leave in the conference and engaged call will continue with caller (Person A) and to the end destination (Person C).
1. First you need to be on an active call
2. Navigate to DIAL pad, and dial the number you want to conference with the first call.
3. Once the 2nd call is connected, the other call is automatically put on hold.
4. Click on the Conference Call button on the 1st call.
5. Then Click on the Conference Call button on the 2nd call.
6. The two calls will then be joined together in a three-way conference.
7. In this part, an additional button will appear, to let the initiator leave the conference call without ending the engaged call of Person A and Person C.
