Please note that selecting audio input and output devices is supported starting Velox prime Desktop V1.0.41 and Velox Call Center app V2.1.49
For selecting audio input and output on your Velox prime Desktop:
1. Press the Status Icon > Device Setting
2. Choose your preferred audio input and output. Once done, press apply.
For selecting audio input and output on your Velox Call Center app:
1. Press the Status Icon > Device Setting
2. Choose your preferred audio input and output. Once done, press apply.
