1. Go to User
2. To modify the desired extension, navigate to the specific extension you wish to change and select the "Edit" option.
3. Navigate to the "Change Extension" tab.
4. Next, enter the new extension you wish to assign.
5. If you are done click save.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Once the extension has been changed, please note that the username for both Velox Prime Desktop and Mobile will also be updated. To verify this, click on the "Softphone Apps" option located just to the left of the "Edit" button.
