• BLIND or COLD TRANSFER OF  INCOMING CALL 


1. Answer a direct incoming call by swiping up the green Answer button on your call panel.


2. Once connected, your Action buttons will appear. Click on the Transfer button. 


3. Choose which option to transfer, either via dialPad or you will choose a number from directory.


3. If you choose Dial Pad, enter the extension or phone number of the person you want to transfer the call to and click on the green arrow button.


5. The call will terminate, and the calling party will be transferred to the other extension.



  • ATTENDED or WARM TRANSFER OF  INCOMING CALL


1. Answer a direct incoming call by swiping up the green Answer button on your call panel


2. Once connected, your Action buttons will appear. Click on the Hold button to put the caller on hold. 


3. Then press the Add Call button to initiate a new call to the extension or party to whom you are transferring the call.


4. Choose how you want to temporarily call the extension or number you’re transferring the call to, either by using the DialPad or by selecting a contact from the Directory.


5. If you choose the DialPad, enter the extension or number you want to check and transfer the call to, and press the "+" button below.


6. After talking to the receiving extension, terminate the second call by clicking the End call button.


7. Resume the 1st call by clicking the "Unhold" to un-hold the call. 


8. Initiate the transfer by clicking on the Transfer button.


9. Choose which option to transfer, either via dialPad or you will choose a number from directory.


10. Type in the extension or number to whom you are transferring the call to, then press the green arrow button.


11. The call will terminate, and the calling party will be transferred to the other extension.
