Account admins are able to access, view and download the call detail reports.


1. Log in to your Client Dashboard in www.myvelox.com.


2. From the side-bar menu, select Call Detail Reports.


3. The CDR Real-Time Search panel allows you to filter CDRs according to:

  1. Extension - Click on the filter to see a dropdown list of all extension numbers to choose from.
  2. Date Range
  3. Call Type - Click on the filter to see a dropdown list of call types to choose from.
  4. Destination Country - Click on the filter to see a dropdown list of countries to choose from.
  5. Cost Center - Click on the filter to see a dropdown list of Cost Center(s) that you have setup.


 


4. When you click Submit, the CDR display panel will show the results of the your search filter. 


5. You also have the option to use the Search field on the top right corner of the CDR display panel. This Search field returns matching results from any and all of the columns.


Note: If you have filtered the results display panel using the CDR Real-Time Search filters, the Search field will only search from your filtered subset. 





6. You can also save or download the CDRs from the results display panel as PDF, CSV or Excel files. Clicking on any of the buttons, downloads a file to your computer's Downloads folder.


                               


Note: Call Detail Report on Velox System are kept online for a year. After which, it will be moved to archive storage and will have to be retrieved manually. 

We aim to uphold archive storage for up to seven years, aligning with typical country financial regulations. Any adjustments based on data volume will be communicated with you prior to any action on your call data and recordings.
