Velox allows for recording of inbound or outbound, internal or external calls. To configure call recording, click here.


To access your recordings, 

 

1. Log into your Velox Client Dashboard (www.myvelox.com).


2. Select “Call Detail Reports” from the side menu.


                                          

 

     3.  Go to extension number you want to download the recording

                                      

                                                                        


      4. Look for the column "Recording". Click on the button with a microphone icon.

                                     

      5. Go to the downloads location on your computer to listen to the recording.

Note: 


Call Recordings on Velox System are kept online for a year. After which, it will be moved to archive storage and will have to be retrieved manually. 

We aim to uphold archive storage for up to seven years, aligning with typical country financial regulations. Any adjustments based on data volume will be communicated with you prior to any action on your call data and recordings.
