What is a Basic User?
The Basic user is a type of user who can view their "Call Detail Reports" from Client Dashboard.
Any Velox phone user can be added as a Basic User for the Client Dashboard
The Dashboard admin can add the user who will need to access the Client Dashboard to view CDRs.
If the user does not need to view or access his own CDRs, there is no need to setup a Client Dashboard user for that user.
How to Create a Basic User
1. Log-in with Admin account into the Client Dashboard (www.myvelox.com)
2. On the side-bar, click on Account Settings.
3. Click on “Create new Basic User”
4. Type in the email address of the New Basic User. The user will receive their user log-in and password on the email specified.
