Velox allows for caller or country blacklisting.
To enable Blacklisting for your company,
1. Log into your Velox Client Dashboard (www.myvelox.com) using your Admin credentials.
2. Click on Blacklisting from the sidebar.
3. Under Blacklisting, you can blacklist a country or a specific caller.
Note: You can block countries or callers as many as you need.
4. On the Destination Blacklist page, you can see a list of countries that are blacklisted.
You can also use the dropdown list to choose a destination country to block or unblock.
Click on the Submit button to effect your changes.
5. On the Caller Blacklist page, you can see a list of callers or phone numbers that are blacklisted.
You can type in the number you choose to block or use the drop down list to choose to unblock.
To blacklist an international number, type in the country code, area code and phone number. No need to include a plus (+) sign before the number. For example, a US number 19143431815 where 1 is the US country code, 914 is the area code and 3431815 is the telephone number.
To blacklist a local Singapore number, type in the number directly. No need to include + or 65.
Click on the Submit button to effect your changes.
