To install the Velox mobile app on your smartphone,


  1. Search for Velox Softphone on Play Store for Android devices or App Store for iOS devices.
  2. Click on INSTALL. 
  3. Make sure to click OK, CONFIRM, ALLOW or CONTINUE on any window that may pop-up during the installation process.
  4. If you are using an iOS device on iOS11 or higher and are connected via wi-fi, you need to give explicit permission for the Velox app to access your network by: 
  • Go to iOS Settings app.  
  • Scroll dow to the Privacy setting.
  • Then click Local Network
  • Allow Velox app explicit permission to access the network.


 

To install the Velox mobile app on your laptop or PC,


  1. Click on the link provided by your Velox Administrator. 
  2. Follow the steps as instructed in the installation wizard.
  3. If you are prompted to enter a License Key, type in the License Key provided by your Velox Administrator.
  4. Make sure to click OK, CONFIRM, ALLOW or CONTINUE on any window that may pop-up during the installation process.

Once installed, sign-in using the username and password provided by your Velox Admin.

The app will then proceed to register you to the Velox network. 


After which you are ready to use your Velox Softphone app to make and receive calls.
