The Audit Log is a record of all activity in your Velox Dashboard. This is helpful for maintaining accountability for those companies who have multiple Account Admins having access to the Velox Dashboard.
To access the Audit Log,
1. Log in to your Velox Client Dashboard (www.myvelox.com) using your Admin credentials.
2. Select “Audit Log” from the sidebar.
3. This opens the Audit Log page.
- Date - The date and time when the action was carried out. This data and time follows the date settings of the local browser.
- Username - The log-in email address of the user who carried out the action. If you have multiple dashboard admins, it is recommended that each person has a unique user log-in in order to make the audit logs more relevant.
- Action - This shows the nature of the action that was carried out.
- Path - This indicates the section in the Dashboard where the action or the revision was done.
- Data -
- For EDIT action, this displays the modified values committed into the system after the action.
- For RECORDING action, this displays the call information of the downloaded recording.
- Search - The system will return all matches (from all columns) to the keyword entered in the Search field.
Data Retention. The Audit Log page displays up to 3 months of logs at any given time. The underlying data is kept online up to 1 year. After this time, it will be archived or brought offline.
